Returns

    In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

    • Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging.
    • Models must not show any signs of use or damage.
  3. How to make a return?

    • Please include proof of purchase and a completed returns form with your shipment.
  4. Money back
    After receiving the shipment and positive verification of the condition of the goods, we will refund your money within 14 days.

Complaints

  1. When can you file a complaint?
    You can file a complaint if:

    • You received a product damaged in transit.
    • The product has manufacturing defects.
  2. How to file a complaint?

    • In your application, please provide:
      • Order number.
      • Description of the problem.
      • Photos of defects or damage.
  3. Consideration of complaints

    • Once we receive your report, we will inform you about the next steps within 14 business days.
    • If your complaint is accepted, we will offer you a replacement product, repair or refund.

  • Shipping costs for returns and complaints:
    • For returns, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
    • If complaints are accepted, the cost of return shipping is covered by our store.
